We're moving from private beta toward public launch, building the company and the product in parallel. You'd be joining founding-team early, with real ownership over what Atheneo becomes.
As our founding CTO, you'll set the technical vision and build the system and the team behind it — partnering directly with the founder from private beta through public launch.
What you'll own
- The platform and trading infrastructure — architecture, reliability, and performance at scale
- Safety and correctness where real capital is on the line
- Engineering hiring, standards, and team leadership
- The technical roadmap from private beta to public launch
- Security, data protection, and production readiness
What we're looking for
- A senior engineering leader who has built and scaled production systems
- Hands-on and strategic — you still read and write code, and you can set direction
- Experience with real-time, data-intensive, or financial systems (a strong plus)
- Deep care for safety, reliability, and craft
- Comfort with the ambiguity and pace of a founding team
